Employee Assistance Program
Segal provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist employees and their families with personal and work-life concerns. The EAP is available at no cost to employees and family members and employs trained professionals at locations throughout the United States and Canada.
If you or members of your family have personal problems including but not limited to marital, emotional, substance abuse, financial or legal concerns, Segal encourages you to take advantage of the EAP's services.
Basic consultations, short-term counseling, and referrals are prepaid by Segal. If long-term or specialized treatment is needed, the EAP will help you find the best resource for your situation, using your health benefit program whenever possible.
